A complete belt lipectomy generally targets the buttocks, abdomen, waist, hips and thighs in one procedure. However, a body lift can be done in one surgical session or in stages, depending on the patient's needs. Typically, body lifts require a circumferential incision around the body. Your surgeon then removes an apron of excess fat and skin and repositions and tightens tissues.
