| As women age and/or undergo childbirth, the breasts often sag or the skin loses its elasticity. Often times after having children or loosing a large amount of weight, the volume and/or the tone of the breasts are lost. Many women choose a breast lift to restore a more youthful shape. If you often wished your breasts were higher and firmer, a mastopexy will changes the shape from a teardrop to a cone, reposition the nipple to a higher level, and can reduce the nipple areola to a more pleasing size if desired. If you have lost breast volume, and would like to add more fullness, implants can be placed during surgery.
