Dr. Pamela Gallagher
Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon, FACS
Dr. Pamela Gallagher is a board-certified plastic surgeon with more than 35 years of experience in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery.
As one of the region’s leading doctors on the latest surgery techniques, she has lectured widely on topics in plastic surgery and has authored numerous articles in professional and consumer media.
In addition, she has served as Clinical Instructor in the Division of Plastic Surgery, Cornell University Medical College at North Shore University Hospital.
Dr. Gallagher is a leader in cleft lip and cleft palate surgery. She currently serves as the Medical Director of the Hagedorn Cleft Palate and Craniofacial Center at North Shore University Hospital at Manhasset.
Dr. Gallagher is dedicated to children and is known for volunteer work with Heal the Children. She was formerly the Associate Director at the St. Charles Cleft Palate Clinic and consults regularly at Cohen’s Children’s, Winthrop, Southside, and Good Samaritan Hospitals on children with cleft deformities as well as adults who require revisions to previous cleft surgery.
Dr. Gallagher graduated AOA from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine and completed her General Surgical Residency and Residency Training in Plastic Surgery at Cornell University Medical Center at New York Hospital in Manhattan.
Dr. Micheline Goulart
Dr. Micheline Goulart is nationally recognized for her exceptional expertise in cosmetic and reconstructive facial plastic surgery, as well as advanced breast and body contouring procedures. As part of a new generation of plastic surgeons, Dr. Goulart combines refined surgical skill with a modern, patient-centered approach that emphasizes compassion, individuality, and empowerment.
Originally from Boulder, Colorado, Dr. Goulart completed her integrated plastic surgery residency at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, training under some of the most distinguished surgeons in the United States and abroad. Before joining this elite program, she trained at the University of Tennessee and earned her medical degree cum laude from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine.
Her experience spans both urban and rural healthcare settings across the country, shaping her approachable and understanding philosophy of care. Passionate about advocacy, Dr. Goulart co-founded a healthcare advocacy committee in Memphis, Tennessee, dedicated to improving state healthcare policies.
Dr. Goulart has a special interest in Mommy Makeover procedures—helping women restore confidence and feel their best through personalized breast, body, and vaginal rejuvenation surgeries. She holds hospital privileges throughout the New York metropolitan area and is an active member of numerous national medical societies.
