    Standing Forward Bend – It really is as simple as it sounds. Just stand with your feet hip-width apart and fold forward, resting your chest on your upper thighs. Begin with your knees slightly bent, then slowly try to straighten your legs. Hold this position for 5-8 breaths at a time.

    Warrior III – Feel empowered with this great pose that tests both strength and balance. Begin standing straight with your feet together. Then, lift your left leg backwards, pointing your toe and bending your body forward — you should resemble a “T.” Make sure to tuck your arms back at your sides as well, and hold this post for 5 slow, deep breaths.

    Cow Face Pose – Don’t let it’s silly name fool you, this yoga move requires great patience and flexibility. Begin on your hands and knees, and then slide your right leg backward, crossing your left one at the thigh. Squeeze your thighs together, as you open your feet out to the sides of your hips and shift your weight back into your butt. Your thighs should now be crossed in front of you.
